ARSC Launches Basic Orientation Plus’s Reimagined Refresher
Wilmington, DE — The Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils is proud to announce the launch of the Basic Orientation Plus® (BOP) Reimagined Refresher.
The launch of the BOP® Reimagined Refresher follows the successful rollout of the BOP Reimagined foundational course, which debuted last fall. Together, the reimagined foundational and refresher courses create a cohesive, modern learning experience that meets the evolving needs of today’s industrial workforce – without compromising the consistency and legal defensibility the industry depends on.
What’s New with the BOP Reimagined Refresher
Interactive Design
The Reimagined Refresher moves beyond passive instruction, incorporating modern, interactive elements that actively engage participants from start to finish.
Scenario-Based Learning
Participants are immersed in realistic, job-based scenarios that mirror real-world conditions. This approach strengthens critical thinking, reinforces hazard recognition, and supports sound decision-making on the job.
Graded Assessments Throughout
Built-in quizzes provide real-time feedback, while graded assessments throughout the course maintains the program’s strong legal defensibility.
While students still have up to three hours to complete the BOP Refresher, experienced workers may complete the Reimagined Refresher in 90 minutes or less.
The BOP® Reimagined Refresher represents a significant advancement in workforce safety training—one that aligns with how today’s skilled workforce learns while maintaining the rigor, reciprocity, and reliability that ARSC member councils and industry partners trust.
